I had been searching for a used car for about a month. Finally seen one I liked. Went in to test drive a car at Love chevy at 4:30 pm, and bought the car. Was home by 7 with my car. Loving the Cruze. Marion the sales man was spectacular! Would recommend doing business there.

Met immediately upon arrival, service (oil change including check of tires, brakes, and overall car check) began immediately. Friendly, even cheerful conversations. One salesman came into waiting area and literally"sold" me on trying a cup of vanilla/mocha coffee (latte?) which was very tasty and a warm addition to an otherwise chilly morning. I was back in my car and on my way in approximately an hour.

Bought a part that the service advisor told me was correct, and it turned out to be the wrong part. When I went to return it, they accused me of breaking the part purposely in order to get a refund. Stay away from these scammers, they don’t care about their customers.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Came in with my own financing and sales manager thought it was best to re-write the contract and slip in their own gap insurance which was $500 more than what we were expected to pay through our own bank. It took 2 weeks to get that straightened out. In the end, we had to pay for the gap insurance out of our pocket. The owner and two other managers thought it best to leave us dissatisfied customers.
