They are organized, attentive, and truly love what they do which makes the entire process that much more enjoyable. Love Bird absolutely saved me. I had originally purchased a dress from another shop and after an unfortunate series of shipping delays and alterations mishaps, I no longer had a dress for my wedding that was in 3 weeks.
