Sandra is an exceptional therapist. I appreciate her approach for therapy and how she helped me apply therapeutic techniques specifically CBT and DBT. I look forward to our sessions and leave better than I came. I recommend Sandra services.

I recently took the Prime For Life online course. This was extremely convenient for me. All other courses are taught on weekends and/or at night. This was not ideal for me since I work at those times. The online course was easy to access and it can be completed at your own pace. Sandra and her staff are very kind and always ready to help. If you are in need of this course or any of the services provided, I extremely and positively recommend her services.
This practice is an amazing place that is providing high quality care for people who need it. I often refer to them, especially since they can provide services in english or spanish! I highly recommend this practice if you are seeking effective mental health therapy.
