My aide called out 9am, last Thursday. The time she was due to come over. At 9:02 am, company called stating they will send someone new over today. No calls. No one comes. IDK what's going on. Left message on answering machine. Maybe, it's time to find a new company to deal with. 11:18 am, I received a call stating some one will come at 12 noon. The individual I spoke with was great. Communication's can be better.
