My mom was receiving help from this company and reduced her helpers hours because she would sit for more than half the time she was here. This was a known fact with the company. The helper also filled out her own daily paperwork and said she was doing all kinds of tasks that she never actually did. Instead of the owner believing my mom, she was told to look for another company. Lovability’s motto should be “you get what you get and don’t throw a fit” because that’s how they act. 🤷🏼. 1 star is one more than they deserve.
I have been with LovAbility for almost 4 yrs now and I can honestly say I have never worked for a better company. Cathie is such a caring and compassionate boss as well as an amazing person in all around. She truly cares for not just her clients but her employees as well. She's always been there anytime I've needed to talk about work as well as personal situations. You don't find that kind of compassion in companies anymore.
