Lou's is always one of the first places we stop when we are back in town! Excellent service, awesome deli, meat counter and produce, all at good prices!! That they describe themselves as serving the Norfolk area community says it all!! Mike & Nancy and their staff have continued the tradition of service that Lou and Phyllis created! Norfolk proud!! Thank you, Lou's!!
