Anthony was very professional and fair. They were prompt and dependable. I have used them more than once and highly recommend them.
worst treatment ever by the owner himself.......rude and refused to honor their satisfaction guaranteed motto.........told me the brand new toilet seat broke on week one because I am too fat not because they left it wobbly. I asked him about rubber bushings or washers and seat stabilizers, but was dismissed totally. He actually said they would not fix the problem and left

I called Lou's 10 days ago after this business was highly recommended. I spoke with the lady that answered the phone, explained my problem, she stated she would speak with Lou and call me back. No call back for 8 hours, I called again for an update, the phone was answered by what seemed like a young teen ager, that could not pronounce my name no matter how many times I tried, the lady in the back ground screamed "i told her i'd call her back" 10 days later, no call back. Not what i consider good service. Will never call them... read more
I called Lou's for an after hours emergency. The response was quick and the repair within hours. The cost was very reasonable and Andrew is very customer service oriented. I will call them every time I need a plumber and highly recommend them to everyone!
