Hands down, THE BEST & MOST professional. Due to the severity of the issue, they made us a priority (on a Friday afternoon), came out the same day, and resolved this issue. LIFESAVER! Our hot water heater broke down for good in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve which resulted in us having to turn off the water to our house. We were pretty stressed since it was the holidays and we were due to host family at our home at 3:00pm for Christmas Eve. Lou's Plumbing was able to take our last minute request and was in and out of our house within 45 minutes after installing a new water heater. Wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Matt is WONDERFUL! Thankful he is so willing to come out even on Christmas Eve! He is the TRUE Santa Clause!!!
