Noel Ybarra is a very knowledgeable physical therapist his expertise in fascial counterstrain and knowledge of physical therapy techniques is very useful to me as a patient
Not sure what has changed with Lourdes PT. My surgeon, virginia Mason Seattle, has called several times to speak with a Physical Therapist, his calls aren't returned or the phones aren't answered at all. As a direct result of this lack of professionalism I most likely will end up going to Astria in Sunnyside.
Noel is amazing. I feel so much better after Physical Therapy with him.
