From the time I walked in everybody was friendly. The building is clean. Nice rooms are also clean and nice the nurses that took care of me were excellent all of them.great place.

I’m honestly at my breaking point with how unprofessional and disrespectful the front desk staff member Nancy has been. This has been going on for way too long, and nothing seems to change. Nancy is constantly loud, rude, and distracted. She’s always on FaceTime or the phone with her AirPods in—usually cursing at whoever she’s talking to—or scrolling through TikToks while she’s supposed to be helping patients. Danielle has been a very good house cleaner. She even checked under the bed for a lost item. Thank you for a very clean room and a smile each day. I needed one.

If you can avoid coming here, don't hesitate, do it. The medical staff and receptionists are very rude, and the people in financial assistance are the worst. financial assistance team are so rude to patients; I don't understand how they still have them there.
