Don't bother calling if your an existing or new patient. They give you hope then tell you they don't have anything available. Why have a recorded message then stating "For new patients press 1, existing patients press 2." If you're not even willing to take new patients. No wonder so many doctors are quiting and their positions not being filled.
Dr. Brown and the entire team at the clinic go out of their way to create a safe and warm environment. I always get seen quickly and have excellent care. I would recommend to anyone looking for primary care.
Don't go to this Dr office. They are very rude. Their ARNP is a joke.
