This program is great! Food tastes great and I never get bored ! I am half way to my goal ,and I have never been able to stay with a program this long . When I get to my goaI, I know they are going to help me transition. I have a great coach Amy who is very supportive. I would recommend ideal protein to anyone who is serious about loosing weight!
This is such a great program! Sara is an awesome coach, and all of the other coaches are super friendly when you see them. The office is a safe space to be yourself & honest without judgement. The protocol is clear and if you follow it, it works!! :)
I’ve been a member at Ideal Protein at Lourdes Ideal Protein in Pasco. I’d like to give a shout out to how good they are at coaching me!! They are encouraging and very knowledgable and I have had GREAT RESULTS! Yup I’m a LOOSER!!! And proud of it! The first week I lost 9.2 lbs. You can be a looser too! The manager Amy is spot on in her ability to coach your weight loss as well as any one on her staff. You can loose that weight and do it the right way at LOURDES IDEAL PROTEIN!
