I do not recommend this place at all. The front desk staff is rude, and they even entered my son’s date of birth incorrectly. Because they failed to verify it, I’ve been dealing with months of billing issues. Despite calling three separate times, sending in his birth certificate and insurance information, and confirming that he has double coverage, I keep getting bills—including “final notice” letters. Obviously the wait is long when everyone shows up before they need to be at work. I usually go after 10am and don't have a long wait.

I showed up at 3:50 PM (well before their posted 4:00 PM closing time), but they told me they had already closed and refused to do my bloodwork. If the lab closes early, they should update their hours or at least let patients know ahead of time. It’s very frustrating to rush over thinking you have time, only to be turned away before the posted closing hour. Poor customer service and lack of consideration for patients’ time.

They have long waits. I did not see anything about using the outside doors for check-ins. I was waiting for 30 min and then you have to wait even longer first thing in the morning to get blood work done. Do not recommend this place and they only have one check in monitor and you have to wait even longer for everyone to put in there info as well. People should not have to wait hours just for blood work.
