Fast efficient and friendly service from the showroom to the warehouse. The pick-up for our ordered chairs was made even easier by staff.
They say they're open ilon Saturdays. I walked 45 mins to get there and they weren't open!
Please be aware before purchasing from Luxo Living. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I was given misleading information regarding delivery timeframes, and when I proceeded with returning an item, the refund process has taken far longer than what was initially promised. Despite following all instructions and waiting the advised timeframe, I have still not received my refund and have had to continuously follow up without clear resolution. Fantastic efficient service, easy to deal with
I wish I could give zero stars. Went to visit the warehouse that says is open Saturday, however called the number a they said appointment only, then a warehouse employee says it’s only open Monday-Friday. Sort it out, a real inconvenience.
