Poor, vague, confused If you live in a regional area, don't bother with this company. They seem unable to manage the apparent complexities of transport logistics. I am now up to 32 days of waiting for my lounge. I did get a lounge a couple of weeks ago, but it was the wrong one, even though the box has about 8 large labels saying what it is. Fast efficient and friendly service from the showroom to the warehouse. The pick-up for our ordered chairs was made even easier by staff.
They say they're open ilon Saturdays. I walked 45 mins to get there and they weren't open!
Please be aware before purchasing from Luxo Living. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I was given misleading information regarding delivery timeframes, and when I proceeded with returning an item, the refund process has taken far longer than what was initially promised.
