My 84year old mother needed her porch and garage roof replaced. The shingles were removed and all the equipment was supplied. Nail gun,compressor, ladders , ice and water shield, shingles, cap shingles etc. Everett sent a drunk on a bicycle to start work after dinner and worked 2 hours in the dark . Crooked shield, nails showing. I called the owner who said he would come by to take a look. Don't hold your breath. I never heard from either one again. After a wind storm, my 96 year old mom called Louder & Sons to help with the repair of her roof for the house she lives. All of us children live out of state. My thanks for Lounder & Sons for helping her with: -the insurance company, -doing a great job in the timely and professional workmanship of her roof repair, -treating her with respect, -and not taking advantage of her as historically other contractors have done.
