Received $1931.00 bill for interpretation of radiology images. Only imaging was ultrasound which I get for paracentesis once a week, normally billed to insurance. Now Radiology Partners wants money or insurance info, which should already be on record.
Double billing when my insurance has already paid the bill. Called and talked to them about my bill that was ready to be turned over for collection. Was told that the problems with my account that they would not turn it into a collection agency.That my account would be frozen until everything was worked out. BIG lie!!!. After a few days I got a letter from collection agency.SAD.
Sent me to collections over a $9.42 bill that was already paid. Very poor way to manage a business and impossible to get ahold of.
I don't get a bill from them and 4 months later get a bill from collection agency. Terrible way to do business
