Terrible... I spoke with this dealer about this Audi TT. I offered to buy the car in full. I asked if he could hold it for me a couple days and he said yes. A couple days later I got up around 5 am to drive to Louisville. I'm from Nashville Tn. I drove for hours!! I was about 20 minutes away and the dealer had just opened.. I called them and I was like " hey just wanted to let know that I will be there in a lil bit to pick up the Audi" he told me that HE SOLD IT A DAY BEFORE!!! Talkin about MAD!!! But ya know??? Dealer responded promptly to all my emails. Very nice and I feel honest about their vehicles.
Wrote an email to Dealer giving him my make and model of car I wanted to trade as well as car I was interested in. Also mentioned I was from Lexington. Dealer responded to bring my car in to see what he could do. Was hoping to get more info first. Decided to just stay here in Lexington and look since he didn't seem interested.

On the website it said I can finance but they wrote me sayin vehicle cannot be financed and it took them longer than Oi thought it should for them to respond but the vehicle price is still a great deal For someone if they want to pay cash
