Dealer answered promptly but I was slow to act and vehicle was sold before I could schedule visit to inspect. Deal was responsive and informative.

Car lot called and left a message saying that they were open until 7. We went by the lot at 5:30 and no one was there and everything was locked up

Terrible. Battery was dead which is not a huge deal. However, salesman was not engaged or remotely interested in helping me out. Good thing though. I found the perfect truck 2 hours later and bought it instead.

I requested the interior color of the car, and he answered that question via email. I requested the Auto Vehicle Summary Report/Carfax, but he did not mention it or send it in his email reply. Therefore, I deleted the car from my consideration.

The gentlemen at Louisville Motors were very professional and knowledgable
about the car I was interested in. They did not use any pressure tactics and
were straight forward about their prices and polices, no games. I enjoyed my
experience and would recommend them to anyone.
