My daughter had an appointment, her mom takes her and apparently i have a bill of 101.00 Her mom tried to pay 75$ of it so my daughter could get seen and i would call in on my lunch break from work and pay the rest... denied! DENIED FOR A LOUSY 100$ 🙄 while “some” people walk in and out all day on whatever free insurance the government gives them. Lets also explain that this is a follow up from a filling she got there. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Marcela Jolivette. My 6-year old daughter had an accident this morning (day after Thanksgiving) and injured her front tooth. We called our normal dentist and multiple others, but all were closed. Thankfully, we found LA Family Dental and tried our luck one more time by giving them a call. Took my 2 girls to this office on 3 different occasions. All experiences were great until the last 1, where I was informed my 13 YR OLD (who had her braces taken off 1 mos prior to this appointment) had 5 CAVITIES (her last visit. 6 mos prior she had ZERO). I didnt understand how she accumulated all these cavities..I took her to see 2 other Dentist at 2 separate lications to get a 2nd opinion, payed for additional xrays, just to come and find out she has NO cavities! Never will we be going back.

I recently went to Louisiana family dental for a full exam and also a tooth extraction. They were very kind, informative and professional. During my visits they made sure I fully understood my plan of care and what recovery would be like. The dentist can be scary, but they were very thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The staff were all very friendly, even following with a call the next day after my visit. Directly from the doctor to make sure I was doing well! They get a 5 star rating all around!
