Everything was fine. It's just I would like everything to be back like it was before this covid-19 rules, because my grandbaby was bored in the waiting room because the books are missing, the games were off, and there wasn't any water in the little fridge.
As usual, my visit for my 6 month cleaning was great. I didn't have to wait long to be taken to the back and Jennifer gave me a thorough cleaning and polishing before Dr. Maes checked my teeth. Everyone is very friendly, yet professional. Masks are worn by everyone and everything is cleaned between patients.
Dr. Maes and her staff are extremely informative, attentive and welcoming. They have done an excellent job taking care of me and my daughter's dental needs over the years.
i have been with them for 20 years at least. they are always friendly, the care is top notch by very professional staff. i highly recommend them.
My appointment was on time. Staff very friendly and good at there jobs . Felt safe. Office clean .
Haven’t been in awhile but they welcomed me back with open arms and we talked as if we talked everyday. Love Dr Maes and everyone in the office. They are just the sweetest. It’s the customer service for me!!!!!!
I've been trusting New Orleans Dental Center with the care of my mouth for a long time. I live in another state and fly in for my appointments. The team is customer service oriented. My dentist is knowledgeable and friendly. The team keep my mouth/teeth healthy and strong. I'm a fan and a lifelong customer!
Everyone here is so amazing and nice! Would definitely recommend it if i had friends.
