I just got two crowns, one to replace an older porcelain crown that had broken and a second crown right next to the first to fix a broken tooth that had a large center filling. The process was painless, easy and completed in one visit. The new crowns are prepared on the spot...no waiting a week for the crown to be made. Hands down the best & friendliest staff ever! The text & email reminders are great! I tend to forget when my due date is for yearly cleanings, they keep me on schedule! Customer for life!
As always, my visit was enjoyable even though I was smacked around by the office staff. Just kidding. Everyone always tries to make my visit pleasant so I will return. Would not want to be anywhere else for two hours on a Wednesday afternoon.
I love everything about going here. They are so family oriented ....my kids started with Dr. Heintz from the very start and now see Dr. Paulerio. Dr. P is so thorough and I feel so confident with his practice that myself and my kids will always go there. Diana and Chelsea also make his office feel so comfortable and they genuinely care about you and what is best for you. When they say family .....they truly mean it!!!
