As always you and your staff provide first class dental services. My recent visit to have a cleaning with Chelsea was a pleasant experience and she is very personable which makes the visit enjoyable too. Of course Diana is also one of a kind and is a pleasure to talk with as she is always upbeat and happy. Dr Paulerio you have achieved what many dental offices strive for, success!
I absolutely love this office! I really don't like visiting the dentist but hands down I don't mind my visits here. Dr Paulerio is great, super gentle and caring. I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled all at once and I went home with clear instructions but what I didn't expect but received was a phone call on a Saturday to check on me. The hygentist there is also amazing very gentle and caring she is always very friendly and remembers our previous conversations. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6-month check-up today, as always. Chelsea did the exam/cleaning - she is always very informative about what she's doing/why/how to prevent any problems in the future with my teeth. Dr. Paulerio did a quick look-see too on a tooth that could cause problems down the road. I know I'm in good hands with them. And I like the new "design see-through tote baggies" for my new toothbrush, paste and floss. My visit to Louis E. Paulerio Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was indeed a pleasant experience. "My first visit was due to a chipped tooth " which Dr. Paulerio's team quickly addressed in an effort to relieve me of the angry pain! visiting the dentist can be fun at this office. everyone is always in a good mood, appointments are always on time, and the office is modern and up to date on all procedures. they are very accommodating with emergencies and rescheduling. dr p. is terrific with the novacaine shots, and Chelsea has a light but firm touch. Diana keeps it all running smoothly with a smile...what more could you ask for!
