Professional and friendly
My 2.5 year old daughter is terrified of doctors and doctors offices- pediatrician, dentist, etc. They’re usually cold rooms, with cold equipment, and never pleasant. Dr Furlan was extremely calm, warm, welcoming, and fast, all crucial when working with little ones. He was able to get my daughter to engage, answer questions about her vision, and was mesmerized by the equipment used for the exam. They even offered my daughter a toy prize in the end! This was my first visit with Dr. Furlan, and I was very impressed. He was patient, listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and was extremely thorough. The office staff was also professional and friendly, which made the experience even more positive.
This is a man who knows what he is doing. He doesn't jump to conclusions and he has mastered his process. He has been treating my 13 year old daughter since she was 9 months old. He had to overcome her major delays to provide her treatment. My daughter was extremely uncooperative. Today her eyes are straight and she can see clearly. This man is a Super Hero in our lives. Im pretty sure if you look closely you can see his cape tucked into his suit jacket. Thank you Dr. Furlan!!!
Great experience
Second time seeing Dr Furlan he’s super professional and very nice. He answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Visited two ophthalmologists for my son's issue. Dr. Furlan's office spent less time and failed to diagnose any issue (which was subsequently diagnosed by another office). The issue was subtle and complex. I'm sure Dr. Furlan's is highly capable, but they missed it in this situation.
Doctor and staff take their time and always are very helpful.
