Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider friendly? Friendly Enough Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? They were average Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Absolutely yes

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough
