Have seen many foot and ankle doctors before, he correctly diagnosed my problem. His treatment recommendation worked perfectly. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone with a foot or ankle problem.

My poor rating: 0 The website is misleading with respect to eligible insurance providers. It needs to be clearer that not all Empire BC/BS plans are allowed. 0 A follow-up appointment was at a different and much further location. The office staff should make clear which office is indicated as both offices use the same phone number. I went to the office of the first visit and they had no record of the appt. 0 Failure to reimburse payment to me from BC/BS claim I filed and paid to office

I had my first appointment last week and was asked to come in early to do paperwork, which I did. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment and not by just one doctor but by two. The service was excellent. I was not rushed through the process. Dr. Galli and his staff were very friendly and explained issues very well. I arrived in pain and left the office with a great deal of relief. I have been pain-free since being treated there. An excellent medical practice - highly recommended.
