I have gone to Dr. Galli a number of times during my career as a Broadway performer. He goes above and beyond to help his patients and has a way of making your experience feel like you are being cared for by family. I am so grateful he is practicing in NYC.

I have tried working with this office and have found the administration staff for his office extremely rude. I was greeted with an attitude and an unfriendly tone while simply trying to resolve a simple issue. Incredibly discouraging.

I saw Dr. Galli and during the visit he seemed pretty good. He sent me for an X-ray which he received but hasn’t called me with the results. It’s been 5 weeks since they’ve had the X-rays. I’ve called his office multiple times and they keep telling me that Dr. Galli or Dawn from his office will call me back but they have not. What’s even more interesting is that he made a comment during the visit that he “saved” that office and now it’s being run horribly by Mt Sinai. Dr. Galli is smart, perceptive and can analyze a problem at once. He knows how to treat problem feet. He is caring, witty and practical. I highly recommend and have the highest regard for him.

Dr. Galli should be your first and only stop when looking for a Podiatrist in New York City. He was recommended to me by at least 4 different people when I had my first foot issue 5 years ago. I recently had a bone spur removed from my right toe. All my appointments have been on time with zero wait. The office has strict covid protocols in place and I felt very safe at all times. With regard to my review detailing issues with the office. After a long time they did contact me and I received a personal apology from Dr. Galli. I will be returning to his practice but will be more careful myself about payment issues.

Dr Galli is excellent. I have been a patient in his office seeing Dr Galli or one of his associates for about 10 years. However I will not be returning. His office staff has proven to be completely unresponsive to a billing error that occurred in January 2020. Several months ago I sent two complete packages of proof from Medicare and my supplementary insurance documenting what I was supposed to have paid. Dr Galli is excellent, I have been seeing him or associates for several years. His office staff however needs to be watched. They made an error in billing me in January 2020. I have sent two letters documenting the problem with complete backup and left voice mails twice. I have heard nothing. I understand the office was closed due to COVID but the telephone message indicates the office was to open mid June. I would like to get this resolved and return to the office for further treatment. Have seen many foot and ankle doctors before, he correctly diagnosed my problem. His treatment recommendation worked perfectly. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone with a foot or ankle problem.
