Have been seeing Dr. Tramontozzi for about 5 years now. He took care of my Dad, and now is taking really good care of me. He was well trained by one of the top Neurologists at Mass General and in addition to being extremely kind and compassionate, he is a phenomenal Doctor.
When treatment didn’t work I asked for more diagnostic tools and he became defensive about he did everything right and the initial caring understanding helpful person I had in the first appointment disappeared. Seems if things aren’t textbook or easy, he’d rather move to the next name on the list.
Everything by video. Never given an office visit. Doesn’t listen to patients. Poor diagnostician. Missed my ALS Condition. Very combative. Poor scheduler.
Dr Tramontozzi is a highly qualified neurologist. I have been a patient for over 2 yrs and have found him to be kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk too. He listens.
I read other reviews and wonder if they saw a different doctor. We foolishly gave him a second chance after useless procedures preformed that he should have known not to do because it exacerbated my disgnoised disease. And it provided me no benefit other then giving him a reason to use an expensive machine. My husbands experience, he was curt and threatening. He is perfunctory and lacks insight. Follow ups are done by in house staff without proper education so you are unable to make queries.
He was awesome and a very nice man. Attentive to my needs and gave me a great and thoughtful recovery plan.
Having medical issues is troubling enough, but getting the confirmed diagnoses is even harder. Dr. Tramontozzi was upfront and direct with my issues and course of action(s) needed. I am so grateful that he is upfront and ready to take on my care without delays or the run around. I wish my other Doctors were like him!
Not feeling that I was being heard in the past (with other drs.) I have an attitude with most drs .... I have to say he was wonderful.. I felt he listened to every word I said....and took the time to explain. Definatly recommend him ??
Very kind, thorough, and took his time. Would definitely recommend.
