Great experience with Vinnie (owner of Louis Pallotta). He recently did our driveway in Longmeadow. Full replacement. Crew was professional, took care of the property and installed a new driveway. Appreciate Vinnie's attention to detail and getting the project done with ease.
The crew damaged property & I'm being sued because I hired them
I had called and left a message with his answering service on one week. When I didn’t hear back, I called and left a second message with his answering service. Finally by the end of the week around 7 PM. I got a phone call about an appointment set up for today between 5 PM and 6 PM. It is now almost 6:30 and they have been a no call no show. I find this to be very unprofessional of them. What’s worse is they were a referral from a family member. I do not recommend this company at all.
