I had the best time at Louie's! I had never been and came across this place when I saw the mocktail menu hanging outside of the establishment. I don't drink alcohol at all and figured this was a great start to my birthday weekend! We came in at dinner time and it was packed (which I thought was a good sign) and Emmanuel was absolutely fabulous! He was the host and greeted us.
