Why a "2"? It is regarding customer service. When you make a mistake or cause inconvenience--an apology is due. That is just the measure of stellar customer service. I am wondering if YOU waited *1 hour and 30 minutes* for YOUR pizza that you would feel less than a customer? Throwing salt in the wound by not even showing care and concern for the situation. No apology. Not even an excuse. Wow. That's okay. Lesson learned. This was my first time ordering pizza at Louie G's.

I enjoyed my small pie. I was on my work lunch and had lunch with my bf and son...asked for a to go box, got an eye roll. Asked for a to go cup and got and eye roll. I wouldn't go back.
