Shout out to this location for closing their doors at 3pm on Saturday, when we were told they were open until 4pm on Saturday. Their doors say open until 4, an employee told us they were open, and google says open until 4. We got there at 3pm, and their doors are closed, locked, and not a single soul in sight, nor does anyone answer their phone. Good job. If you’re going to close sooner than what you say you are, you should probably change your signs. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My 17 year old son worked at Lou Dominion’s Benton harbor location for 2 weeks. I absolutely could not let my son work there for another second. Lou called my son worthless and a f***ing idiot if front of other employees and his own daughter for 15 minutes. I would not want anyone to be on the receiving end of Lou’s insults ever. His behavior is absolutely ridiculous. He will never receive a penny of my money and I hope every parent reading this will never let their child work for this company. Can't say enough about Lou and his crew especially Joe Rhew I have bought 7 vehicles from these guys and always get the best deal and service possible, my wife had a issue with Gap insurance and Louie took care of it personally even though it was no fault of his even sent us a little something for our trouble THANKS LOUIE for being a stand up guy and taking care of the problem for my wife!!
I have the oddest issues usually but they always get me in and taken care of quickly. They also have lent me a loaner which is awesome since alot of places in our small area doesn't. The whole team is also very nice and helpful, service with a smile.
I love these guys and have done business with them for over 10 years. Just got a new, used SUV. They are honest and stand by there products. All the cars bought from them have lasted. Super service. Great mechanics. And I get to throw a few baskets in the hoop.
