I came to Loudoun Sports Therapy because I was having knee pain keeping me from playing lacrosse. Years of bad gym habits had developed unbalanced muscles in my legs and glutes. After working with Shannon, Cierra, Kiara and Jeremy, I have improved my form and have a new exercise routine to develop key muscle groups . I am feeling strong again and am looking forward to playing lacrosse into my 50s and beyond!!
