My daughter was attacked by a jack russell which caused some major damage to the tear duct in her left eye. We first visited Mount Vernon Hospital where we were sent to Fairfax Hospital for a specialist &referred to Dr. Elbash by an ER doc. From our first contact with Dr. Elbash he showed us the best care for our daughter that anyone could ask for. The experience itself involving the dog bite was extremely traumatic for us as parents.
