I wish I could give this place zero stars, ruptured my ear drum during a routine ear wax removal due to improper technique and there was minimal follow up or care provided after the fact — mistakes happen and I am very understanding of that but the staff and doctor were very dismissive of the discomfort they caused and I was forced to go to an ENT, which I had to pay for out of pocket, just to show them proof that they ruptured my eardrum, only for them to simply say sorry and offer no other support / help. I was treated very disrespectfully by a receptionist named Alexis at Loudoun Internal Medicine on May 30, 2025. From the moment I arrived, her tone was rude and dismissive. She made me feel completely ignored and unimportant, as if I didn’t matter at all. When I calmly asked for her full name to report the issue, she refused to provide it. I left the clinic feeling extremely stressed and shocked by her behavior. No patient should be treated this way, especially in a healthcare setting.
