I saw Dr. Cowell today. I was developing a cavity in one of my upper molars which is hard to get to. They have been watching it for a while but it was starting to grow according to the x-ray. She filled it today and I did not feel a thing. I don’t have many cavities. I could still feel a little bit of the drill with past dentists. Also, I have problems with one of my front tooth chipping. This year my dental insurance changed and I needed to find a new dental provider. I was very lucky to switch to Loudoun Dental Smile;I love everything about this office! Dr. Howard is an amazing dentist; great customer service. Friendly staff that walked me through the entire process and explained everything that would take place. My experience was great - and I hate going to the dentist!! I was left with the impression that the staff really did care about me as a patient.
The staff is respectful. The assistant and the dentist do a great job examining and cleaning your teeth.
