Great staff, pretty office, great admins! I appreciate how the office advises me in advance how to maximize my family’s dental insurance benefit, so we can plan our appointments strategically. I also appreciate that LDS is able to reschedule appointments on occasion. My hygienist is always very friendly & does a good job. Just got my teeth cleaned today (Jan. 2021) & was amazed how all of the staff wears three layers of PPE during Covid & still stays positive! I don’t think I could do that. They brightened my day!
I am not a fan of the dentist but that place is very welcoming and clean and the staff is very nice as well !!! Totally recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist

I have been going here for years and years. I have always told anyone that moved to the area to try them out..but now I’ll have to find somewhere new. They didn’t check with my new insurance to see if a procedure was covered and did it anyway and now I’m stuck with paying $300... not exactly what I wanted to deal with or pay during the last weeks of pregnancy and with a newborn. Dr. Cowell and her team continue to impress. I had to change dental insurance recently and my top priority was making sure I could stay with Loudoun Dental Smiles. My hygienist, Dana, is always great!
