All I can say is... WOW!! I am so grateful to have found Loudin Insurance. I have had them for a few years now, and any time I have had an incident they make me feel like their top priority! My calls are always answered in a timely manner and they are very patient with me when I have a lot of questions. Glad there are still businesses that know how to put the client first.
We recently worked with Cody Garrett and Loudin Insurance to obtain quotes for house insurance. Not only was customer service was wonderful, but he went above and beyond to make certain we were getting the lowest possible rates with the highest possible coverage and did so in a timely manner. He was patient with all of our questions and was knowledgeable in all areas. I highly recommend Loudin Insurance and Cody Garrett for all of your insurance needs.
I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Horrible customer service and no one answers the phone. Answered and hung up on me and now won’t answer. Got my temp tag tho them and never received my hard tag or license. I called DMV and they haven’t even received paperwork from Loudin’s on vehicle. Said i needed to call them to get another temp tag until paperwork received but hung up on me and now won’t answe the phone!
Kris has always provided my family excellent insurance service over many years!! Highly recommend!
