I used to work in the aerospace industry and have taken hundreds of drug tests and never failed 1. I go here and they tell me I've failed 2 and want to discharge me. I've never taken any meds other than prescribed to me. Complete b.s. on there part!

I personally got along well with Louann. She was friendly and kind to me. She's also understandably strict when it comes to prescribing medications.

Very kind and thoughtful. She is caring of my chronic conditions and is not afraid to prescribe opiates, but she also is very strict abs courts your pills to make sure you're taking them properly and she has you take an UA to make sure you are talking the pills. I would prbly take them improperly if she did not do that every appointment!!

I saw Ms.Louann today for my first visit. Office personnel and Ms. Louann were extremely thorough. She is very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend her to anyone who is in chronic pain and in need of help. She Recommended Physical Therapy and made minor adjustments to my current meds for neck and hip pain as well as my fibromyalgia pain. Thank you Ms. Louann.

Louanne is a caring and thorough provider. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for over 18 years and in the last year and a half I have exhausted all avenues to help control pain. Was referred to Louanne to go back on pain pills. She goes over all your meds and found that I was on way too much anti-inflammatory medication. They can cause other problems. I started to see Dr. Hart because off issues on my back. 1st time I went we took urine test which no problem. You are prescribing pain meds. Had appointment the following month same routine. I replied to Dr. Hart that my insurance only covers 3 urine test a year. I asked will we be doing this every month. Otherwise, I won’t be able afford $500 a month for a urine test. I was sent to Louann after my previous pain management doctor up and left. She was caring and compassionate from the start. My old doctor let me deal with my meds however I wanted and she got me back on track with taking them exactly as prescribed. She never once made me feel like I was drug seeking and helped me regain some quality of life.

Louann is knowledgeable but she is not humble nor self reflective. Rules and guidelines about refills are stated one way in paperwork and stated another way in verbal communication. After having to hunt down my med refill by calling the provider on call for the 6th time in the past 1.5 yrs, this relationship is severed. The staff and Louann assume the worst without seeking clarity. I feel a sense of relief she is no longer my provider. I will miss Ed and a few of the kind staff members!
