My son and I meet with Mr. Ben today. We was fantastic! He spoke to my son like a human being, as children deserve! The staff was friendly and responsive. I was so happy with them, I'm bringing my daughter to see them too. I'm excited to work with Lotus!
Ben is great to work with. Had a rough start but beginning but decided to give an update. Previous review: Would be nice if they would call people back within 24 business hours instead of 3. Especially when you need a medical note for meds at school.
