I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The owner was the one who originally did my nails, and I paid $100 including tip for a refill. One of the nails (the middle nail) broke after only a few days, which should absolutely not happen with a properly done set. When I went back to have it fixed, the owner was also the one handling the repair. Instead of being helpful, she immediately blamed me for the break and had a very dismissive attitude. If I could leave a -5 star review I would, I’ve been waiting weeks to get my nails done and relax just to get the worst service in my life and had to call 911. I walked in about an hour and 40 mins before they closed just to wait 30-60 mins to start soaking my feet then when they got the water set up I had to tell 3 different people the water was too hot before it got fixed and I still couldn’t stick my feet in all the way. Lotus is a hidden treasure. The was the best massage that I’ve ever experienced in my life. She has xray vision on the entire body and knows exactly where your pain is before you do. So happy I found this place. She truly provides the best massage and she is a very peaceful and loving human being. She also does manicure and pedicure to and is very focused and a perfectionist on her. Very happy I found this place! Thank you lotus :-)
I waned to try a new place to get my nails done and realized this is right next to my apartment! It is such a cute and cozy salon and the nail tech is so cute and friendly and she did such an amazing job! I will definitely be back
