I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The owner was the one who originally did my nails, and I paid $100 including tip for a refill. One of the nails (the middle nail) broke after only a few days, which should absolutely not happen with a properly done set. When I went back to have it fixed, the owner was also the one handling the repair. Instead of being helpful, she immediately blamed me for the break and had a very dismissive attitude. If I could leave a -5 star review I would, I’ve been waiting weeks to get my nails done and relax just to get the worst service in my life and had to call 911. I walked in about an hour and 40 mins before they closed just to wait 30-60 mins to start soaking my feet then when they got the water set up I had to tell 3 different people the water was too hot before it got fixed and I still couldn’t stick my feet in all the way. I waned to try a new place to get my nails done and realized this is right next to my apartment! It is such a cute and cozy salon and the nail tech is so cute and friendly and she did such an amazing job! I will definitely be back
I am so delighted to have found this great nail and facial spa next to next to my favorite coffee shop ( IV ) on Federal. Compared to the other nail salons I've been to they did a much better job at a more reasonable price. Their facial services are also fantastic - the services cannot be beat. Highly recommend!
Lotus is very friendly and provides excellent mani-pedi and facial services. This place has become my go-to nail place! Update April 2026: I returned for a facial in addition to my usual nail appointment, and the salon looks fantastic after the recent renovations.
