My daughter ended up with an INFECTION in her toe as a result of a pedicure from Lotus Nail Bar & Spa. GRRR.
Had a gel manicure done & they never took off all my previous nail polish. The following day I had 3 nails already chipping!
I just went there to get a pedicure while my daughters got there nails painted and walked out spending 100$ on a gel pedicure that the paint is already messed up! My friend that accompanied me has paint missing off the side of some of her toe nails!! Definitely not worth what they charge!! The place is beautiful but the service did not match the cost!
Great people, nails looked amazing! Not happy about having to pay extra for gel polish for my girls that I specifically told 2 people not to do. But that is the only reason they didn’t get a 5!
Love this place! Always come when I’m in Bismarck. Ask for Tammy, she’s the best!!!!!!
