I am not one to leave reviews, especially bad, but this was by far the worst experience I have had at a salon. Painful, rushed, and poor service all around.
Worst manicure I’ve ever paid money for. My GEL manicure was peeling three days later... very poor quality
RecommendedI went to Lotus for the first time today. I’ve been to several nail places in Bismarck and I can honestly say I would prefer here over anywhere else! Anna did my gel mani & pedi and did amazing with the design! I do need a reminder to relax, which she made sure I did! Thank you, Anna!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Not worthy of the price. No foot rub, no top coat. In and out in 22 minutes. We spent $105 and not happy. Buyer beware.

Tommy always does a fantastic job on my nails! Every design I give him he completes beautifully! I won’t go to anyone else!
