Been going here for years, and I absolutely love Tammy! She does a great job (I get the dip powder), and she’s always so nice and friendly! She’s the best! I’ve also went to Tina and Tommy, and they both do a great job too.

My daughter went in for her first manicure. She showed the man what she wanted. He asked if it was her first manicure and after saying yes, he was still rude to her when she didn’t know what to do without being told. Her nails were supposed to be maroon, a steel gray color and a maroon and white marble. The gray nail looked copper and the marble ones were hot pink. I have been to many spas and have never experienced such great service. Lotus is the best! Everyone that works there is so friendly that they make it fun to be there and you feel like family! I truly will not go anywhere else for my nails!
I Was in there and wanted a fill with gel polish. Was in and out in half an hour. I had asked him to do a third coat of polish on my nails since the color was light. He added a 3rd coat to my pinky, then said it looked the same and wiped it off, even though I said I still wanted it. Then at the end he charged me an extra $5 to “fix” 2 nails that were lifting, and all he did was file them down and apply acrylic just like he did to the rest of the nails, so I’m not sure why that was extra?
