As a wholesale buyer I was very frustrated and disappointed with our Lotus products and service this year. When our product arrived there was excessive broken inventory. My sales rep sent me a form requiring us to complete their time consuming reports and provide photographs to receive "credit", not product replacement. I also had to point out an overcharge mistake on our invoice and ask for compensation of the delivery cost for the broken product.
