Wow- where do I start? I have gotten my haircut here with Yang before and he was a great hairdresser so I decided to go get balayage treatment with him also. After calling Lotus and mentioning the service I wanted, they told me Rachel Kline was the person who specializes in that service and I would need to come in for a consult with her to get a price quote.
