Editing my review after a recent incident. We have always received great care at Lotus. We are a single parent low-income family, relying on programs to help cover the kids' dental care. Until recently this was no issue, and was billed directly by the Lotus office. A few weeks ago I received an email from Lotus that a bill from July of 2025 had been rejected for coverage, as well as several bills from subsequent visits over the intervening months, totalling nearly $400. Oct24/ Dr. Thevahi administered freezing with zero pinch or residual pain. I have never experienced care like that with any dentist. Patients should know you are in the best hands possible. Mar11/ I had a piece of a filling break off. They were able to get me in for an exam and proceeded to do the work at the same time, very happy with the service.
Very courteous, caring and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant, pain free experience. Shout out to Dr.Laura DeLuca who performed a last minute root canal before I had to get on a flight for business. Thank you so much for caring!
