Ingredients, including our custom ice cream base, are pasteurized on site and are predominantly sourced locally and organically. All ice cream and fold-ins, including marshmallows, brittles, and cookies, as well as the fresh waffle cones, brownies, and sauces are made 100% from scratch. Lottie's ice cream is thick, creamy, and extra flavorful because we don't whip in air to expand the product.
