My name is Kathy Jenkins and I had my first visit with Dr Lott he introduced himself and was so welcoming and polite and caring nature he seemed to really care about what I was feeling and going through with my COPD..he really listened and explained stuff when I asked .he was in no hurry with the appointment visit then prescribed me medicine walked me out told me to have a good day ..he was a great doctor I'm so glad I went to him ..thank you Dr Lott for being you and taking great care of me ..I appreciate you .. and as a bo... read more
They were real nice for my first visit and then they were nice when I had my sleep study the only thing that I can say I have called three times to tell them that I need I asthma pump spray and I hadn't even received it yet
Expect a LONG wait if you are seeing Dr Lott. At my most recent appointment I was seen 2 hrs and 10 min after I arrived. The staff were joking in the halls about how he’s always late. No explanation was given for the wait. The nurse told me 8 patients were waiting before he even arrived to the office. I did not have this issue with Autumn, the nurse practitioner.
I have been using Princeton Pulmonology network for several years. As a matter of fact, I had an appointment with Dr Lott this morning. I appreciate the time Dr Lott takes to explain what is going on with my asthma and options that are out there. He takes his time answering all my questions without giving me an evil eye 😊 Also, shout out to Ms Bittle, Haleigh, Daphne and all who help make patients feel welcome.
