Initially walking in store, I did feel out of place, but I proceeded. Cairey made my whole shopping experience very pleasant! It was my first time shopping with Lotts, and her customer service is exceptional. I shopped online before going in store. I was a little bummed when she said she works online, and would not be in store. Haha. I plan to shop here again because of her great service. She also followed up a day later, and I plan to shop here again.
Shout out to Quin and Larry Todd for delivering and moving furniture! They are professional and know what they are doing. I honestly could not have moved into my new house without them. Thanks!

My salesperson Haley was absolutely amazing! I was able to tell her what I wanted and she helped give me several options to choose from for my home. I did not feel any pressure to purchase. My delivery guys were so polite and professional. I will definitely be purchasing again from Lott!!
Sydney/Cindy is stereotyping you as soon as you walk through the door. If you don’t have your Sunday’s best on, she will assume you cannot afford the furniture. Luckily this isn’t the only furniture place in Mccomb! I do not recommend going into this store unless they terminate her, every customer should feel welcome. And to Sydney, Cindy whatever just know that the money is good this way!! Good day.
Great place to get all you need and then some!
First of all, Cairey was a huge help before I even stepped foot in the store. She answered every question I could’ve even thought of, so thanks so much for that. But, my time with Sandi was great! Thanks so much to those 2, who went above & beyond to make sure my shopping experience was timely & efficient! Although things went over store hours, I never once felt rushed! If you need anything, see Sandi!!
Matilda went out of her way to deliver excellent customer service to us in the purchase of a bedroom set!! Her kindness was outstanding and she was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. I will always shop here!
