Bought over $3000 worth of furniture in 2016, after the flood. Got it in April, 2017. Six months later my mattress sank where my head lays. Lott sent someone out to check it and then told me to come pick out another matress. Did that. No apology. Nothing but RUDE from Danny the owner. Six months later, same problem. Went to look for another mattress, he tried to sell me a thin mattres thru the sales lady.
